A winning word

I feel a lot fitter stronger and have more energy I’m up
early in morning without a problem and have started
eating a lot healthier I’m sleeping better too. RigRun has
been a great benefit for me to push myself.

Lost Weight

During RigRun it gave me a good incentive to participate. I exercise regularly, but on the rig get tied up of with work, so rig run got me out on the helideck more often. I am fairly active on my time off, waterskiing, riding mountain bikes and daily walks, so no change there.

Weight Loss

Usually I do light exercises to maintain the body condition. After involvement of rig run my body weight reduced and particularly reduce the waist size!!!

Lowered BP

Due to the gym being closed on the Beryl A, I have had to do cabin kettlebell workouts. This has improved my cardio vascular health somewhat. Prior to that I did mostly resistance training.

Mood Improvements

I feel fitter and happier. Also want to point out, my increase in my mental health during nightshift on the rig while doing RigRun 🙂

Fitter

Just being more active in general. Helps to promote making the healthier meal choices too or portion size due to having a goal.
Quicker running times and increased weight training.
