Our 2023 International Leaderboards included some brilliant bikers, with our Top 10 pedalling for an average of 1,591 miles over the 6-week competition!
But how can our sensational cyclists keep their miles up and retain their rankings without it taking a toll on their bodies?
Ken Bryson is a Cycling and Triathlon Coach who works with cyclists of all fitness levels to improve their performance and reduce the risk of injuries. On 16th May, Ken will share his extensive cycling knowledge so that keen bikers can optimise their ride and earn maximum points for their team at the next RigRun event.
During the webinar, Ken will discuss:
- Correct bike position and how minor tweaks to your setup can protect muscles and improve posture
- How you can embrace your personal physiology and strengths to improve your biking performance
- The differences between using stationary bikes while offshore and road bikes at home, and how these workouts can complement each other during a RigRun event
If you want to see your name at the top of the Bike Leaderboard during the next RigRun event, join this insightful webinar and set your bike up for success.
