Tom Gurney currently works as a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Medical Sciences at University College London and is the module lead for Exercise Physiology and Sport Performance Optimisation. With a particular interest in supplementation for health and exercise, Tom considers and analyses the latest research on supplements so that he can help people understand how they can nourish and take care of their physical and mental health.
