With this being Amanda Barlow’s first time on a Noble Corporation rig and her first time competing in a RigRun event, she’s already experiencing first-hand how the competition is enhancing the offshore environment:

“There’s a sense of fun rivalry amongst the crew, and it’s certainly made people more conscious of the importance of being active. The competition is also a great way to unite everyone across the Noble fleet and highlight the different ways we can care for our health.

“The daily scoreboard is shown in pre-tour meetings, and PA announcements are made by the medic reminding everyone to log their times in the app. More and more people are now being seen around the accommodation proudly wearing their RigRun T-shirts as targets are hit.

“The Noble Deliverer crew are doing their collective best to keep the spirit of friendly competition alive!”

Creating a positive atmosphere, encouraging camaraderie, and promoting good physical, mental and social health practices – it’s what we love to hear from our RigRun competitors!
